Engage in the development of various access-oriented grant programs to ensure funding
reaches the neediest communities. Connect Parks Now members with agency staff to
support engagement of local communities in planning processes to promote equitable
implementation.

Legislation
Identify and track legislative proposals that support the Parks Now goals outlined above
and engage on high-level legislation that is of shared interest and importance to groups
in the Coalition.

Funding
Advocate for increased funding and resources for programs that promote the Parks Now
